Located on the south side of Moruya Heads, our beautiful beach sweeps to the south for 2.5km to a sand spit at Pedro Point. Established in 1932, the Moruya Surf Life Saving Club has a long and proud history in both surf life saving and the local community. The Club is located at Moruya South Head Beach on Coronation Drive, Moruya Heads and our patrol season commences in November running through to late April around Anzac Day.
When you see red and yellow flags on a beach, it indicates that there is currently a lifesaving service operating on that beach. The lifeguards have chosen a section of the beach that is best for swimming and they will closely supervise this area. Lifeguards pay more attention to the area between the red and yellow flags than any other part of the beach.
PLEASE always swim between the flags

Moruya Surf Life Saving Club has provided a safe swimming environment on Moruya beaches since 1932. Whilst active in all areas of competition, we are also strong supporters of our local community. The club patrols Moruya Beach from November-April each year.
